A weight loss between 14 and 40 pounds for women, and 20 and 43 pounds for men, was common with those who had experienced Medifast. Consumers who preferred Weight Watchers did so because the program permits a wide range of foods, as well as emphasizing calorie awareness, exercise as well as focusing on eating fruits and vegetables.
